Tucos stopped using straws in their 4th month of business and have been straw-free for almost 4 years!
They don't offer plastic bags
All items used at their location are compostable or reusable
Don't offer candies in small plastic wrappers
The restaurant generates on average no more than 4 garbage bags a week- even in peak summer season
